My dryer stopped working and I immediately feared the hassle of finding a reliable repair technician to fix it quickly. I called a couple places which didn’t answer or return my call, or said they’d only be available weeks later. And then I called Electrafix… 1) they answered right away, 2) they booked my repair for the next day,3) they called me back when I had a question, 4) their technician texted me to confirm the timing of his arrival, 5) he was quick, knowledgeable and friendly, 6) he fixed what was needed and didn’t upsell me on things I didn’t need, 7) and he cleaned up after he finished. This was the best hassle-free service repair experience I’ve had and I would 100% recommend them. ~ Matthew H

I recently had Electra Fix New Brunswick repair my laundry dryer, and I’m so glad I called them! The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. The technician showed up on time, figured out the issue quickly, and explained what needed to be done in a way that made sense. They had all the parts they needed, so there was no waiting around for anything to be ordered. They also made sure everything was working perfectly before they left, which I really appreciated. The price was fair, with no surprises, and now my dryer works like it’s brand new. It saved me from having to buy a replacement, which would have been a lot more expensive. Alex from Electrafix NB, Fredericton area, fixed my dryer the same day he came to look at it. The heating mechanism had stopped working over the holiday. They got me an appointment the next business day after I called. He was able to quickly identify the issue. He took the whole thing apart and even cleaned the inside of the machine. He had the parts he needed to fix it when he showed up to the house. He even put the door back on in the orientation I was hoping for so it is now easier for me to get my clothes out of.
