I recently had Electra Fix New Brunswick repair my laundry dryer, and I’m so glad I called them! The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. The technician showed up on time, figured out the issue quickly, and explained what needed to be done in a way that made sense. They had all the parts they needed, so there was no waiting around for anything to be ordered. They also made sure everything was working perfectly before they left, which I really appreciated. The price was fair, with no surprises, and now my dryer works like it’s brand new. It saved me from having to buy a replacement, which would have been a lot more expensive. If you need appliance repairs, I’d definitely recommend Electra Fix New Brunswick. They were professional, friendly, and got the job done right. 5 stars from me! ~ Eve O

My dryer stopped working and I immediately feared the hassle of finding a reliable repair technician to fix it quickly. I called a couple places which didn’t answer or return my call, or said they’d only be available weeks later. And then I called Electrafix… 1) they answered right away, 2) they booked my repair for the next day,3) they called me back when I had a question, 4) their technician texted me to confirm the timing of his arrival, 5) he was quick, knowledgeable and friendly, 6) he fixed what was needed and didn’t upsell me on things I didn’t need, 7) and he cleaned up after he finished. This was the best hassle-free service repair experience I’ve had and I would 100% recommend them. ~ Matthew H

Alex from Electrafix NB, Fredericton area, fixed my dryer the same day he came to look at it. The heating mechanism had stopped working over the holiday. They got me an appointment the next business day after I called. He was able to quickly identify the issue. He took the whole thing apart and even cleaned the inside of the machine. He had the parts he needed to fix it when he showed up to the house. He even put the door back on in the orientation I was hoping for so it is now easier for me to get my clothes out of. Very knowledgeable technician and straight to the point in pin pointing the problem. I was worried as I had the most reliable ancient washing machine that was still running since the late 90s. So I'm happy it was saved I would never get rid of it so thank you for your service, and in reviving my beloved washing machine to hopefully run for another 20 plus years. Highly recommend this company they are very professional and have reasonable prices as well as they can fix on the same day of inspection which was very convenient for myself and my husband! Before calling Electrafix I had called two other repair companies in the city who both refused to come because of the brand of my appliance. I was relieved when Dennis said that he could come that day! I was glad that the other repair companies were weren’t able or willing to come. He was prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. He had the part that I needed, and my dryer was working before he left. We need the dryer for our business so we were more than grateful that he was able to come the same day! I agree to the Best service ever! Call back in 20 minutes Appointment time booked within 3 hours. Technician arrived as scheduled, completed diagnostic, ordered part, advised it would take 3 days to arrive and scheduled the install for 4th day. The local Fredericton companies either advised they do not work on that brand or in one instance took 5 days to call back. I am not naming the local companies but if you are reading this post and am from Fredericton area - you know which companies they are. ~ Geoff A

It's Halloween 2025 at 2 PM, and my 25 are old Kenmore fridge started making a loud weird noise. Before calling an exorcist, I contacted Electrafix NB, which had good online reviews. Alex showed up just after 5pm to fix it, only to discover that a piece of paper had somehow become lodged into the fan blades. He removed the paper---problem solved! I was only charged the $120+tax inspection fee. He was friendly, fast and explained what he was doing. He vacuumed out the area and even took pictures for me. ~ Leon R

Very professional. Very thorough. Unlike most professionals, they accurately diagnosed the problem before stopping by and gave me the option to fix it myself and gave me a quote of the cost. My stove's bake element was a hidden element, so I opted to proceed with the repair. They worked quick and efficient. And did a follow-up the next day at no cost since I heard a clicking sound. Turned out the stove was just too close to the wall. Very friendly. Highly recommend. ~ Zertai

I could not recommend them more !!! Not only were they able to schedule our dryer to be checked out the next day but the work was done within 48 hours of my first call to them asking for help. They also are very considerate when it comes down to financially affording the work and offer many options for payments!!! Very happy with ElectraFix! Dennis was fantastic. He was able to diagnose the problem with our fridge within 10 minutes and was able to get the part needed to fix it quickly. Friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt service. Called to have my dishwasher replaced, with the new one ready to be installed. Dennis was able to come the very next day. My old dishwasher wasn't the easiest to remove, however he got the job done. My dishwasher works wonderful. Scheduling the appointment was easy - had next day response (Fredericton). Dennis very quickly determined the issue with my dryer, did a workaround fix to get it functioning, then ordered parts and returned to fully resolve the issue. Service was amazing! From the time I contacted them until the time he was here and fixed the problem was less than 24 hrs!! Explained all the things along the way, which was great!
